In this tutorial we will see an example of simulation with a SAS (Scale-Adaptive Simulation) turbulence model. This allows the turbulence of the flow to be solved at different scales depending on the mesh size and time step used.
In this way, the accuracy is improved with respect to RANS models and the computational performance is improved with respect to a LES simulation.
